The goal was to tie the past of the former chemistry faculty to the present use of the building as a hub for temporary offices. The installation of 15 doors at ‘ondernemersplein’ created a space to have lunch and meetings. Each door was removed from its frame in the abandoned basement and now tells the story of the space it once served – the janitor’s desk, a wardrobe, the secretary’s office, the student club, etc.
